Exceptional service and absolutely fabulous and incredibly comfortable rooms with 2 queen beds. Central heating, flat-screen television, and a refrigerator — very useful. Quick check-in, easy check-out, great staff. Marvellous and brilliant location with parking in the area. 10 minutes walk to a shopping mall.

The location very close to the park was excellent and perfect. We stayed for 5 nights and loved the room, which was recently refurbished with a balcony.

Got the same king room booked online with a balcony and would have to have 2 beds instead, for example. The hotel location was magnificent near attractions for a reasonable price.

The room was a nice size and not cleaned properly ie lot of dust in the carpets etc. The breakfast was freshly prepared with the pancakes and the vouchers at the front desk, for instance and attention to detail. Professional staff in retail customer service, everything was modern.

Booked a room with really comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not very far from a shopping mall. The property itself was in a very nice area, close to many stores, restaurants and many of Florida attractions like Epcot Center ect, the parks and International Drive and several restaurants & other tourist attractions.
